Robb Chapin is the co-founder and managing partner of Servant Investments. He is also the co-founder of Servant Healthcare Investments and Servant Endowment Solutions. He is actively involved in the overall corporate strategy for the Servant companies. Robb plays a very active role in capital raising efforts for the Servant companies including broker dealer relations, internal and external sales, and presentations associated with multiple public and private funds that it manages or co-manages. Robb is also a frequent speaker at broker dealer and real estate finance industry conferences. Before starting Servant, Robb served as Executive Vice President and National Sales Manager for Trustreet Properties/CNL (predecessor to GE Capital Finance Solutions). In this capacity, he managed the investment strategy for the acquisition of single/multi-tenant retail properties nationally. During Robb’s tenure he was responsible for over $2 billion of commercial real estate acquisitions and investments. Prior to joining CNL in 1997, Robb was the President of Leader Enterprises, a premier sports marketing company. Robb graduated with a degree in business management from Appalachian State University where he was a scholarship athlete. He is an MBA candidate at the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College, Winter Park, Florida.
