SERVANT INVESTMENTS EXPANDS ITS LEADERSHIP TEAM WITH NEW
HIRE
(ORLANDO, FL) November 6, 2007 – Servant Investments,
LLC is expanding its leadership team with the hiring of John
Ridenour as Senior Vice President of Equity Investments. In
this role, John is responsible for raising equity for the Company’s
private placement offerings through Family Offices, Accredited
Investors, and Registered
Investment Advisors. Prior to joining Servant, he was Vice President
of Sales for CNL and was responsible for the territory of Florida
and Georgia. John previously held the position of Vice President
of 1031 Sales, establishing and negotiating "like-kind"
exchanges with the broker/dealer community for the Eastern United
States.
He joined CNL in 1996 and served as Vice President of Acquisitions
for the restaurant group, CNL Fund Advisors, Inc., where he
was responsible for identifying investment opportunities as
well as establishing and maintaining relationships with prospects,
tenants and borrowers in a number of specific restaurant chains.
During his tenure, he originated over $350 million of securitized
debt and triple-net lease transactions.
Prior to joining CNL, John was Vice President of Marketing
for Casa Blanca Design, servicing quick service restaurants
and casual dining concepts. From 1980 to 1990, he served as
National Sales Manager for Jay Buchbinder Industries, also
handling similar national restaurant chains, and prior to
that, he was Construction and Development Manager with McDonald's
for seven years. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business
administration from the University of Central Florida, holds
his Series 7, 22 and 63 NASD licenses as well as his Florida
real estate and general contractor’s licenses.
