most specialized area of expertise. Servant Net Lease provides funding through sale/leaseback
transactions to owner operators and acquires single-tenant, net-leased restaurant properties nationwide.
They are highly skilled in the execution of these transactions having more than 35 years of combined
experience working in the real estate finance, retail, and service industries, successfully completing
sale/leaseback transactions resulting in more than $2 billion of single-tenant, net-leased restaurant properties.
