In May of 2007, Servant Investments launched Servant Healthcare Investments, LLC. This company was formed to bring together the core competencies of two separate real estate teams. Servant Healthcare's CEO, John Mark Ramsey and his team have a proven track record of success in the healthcare and retirement real estate arenas, having built a portfolio encompassing over 200 assets and $3.5 billion in transactions. These transactions were completed with industry leading owners and operators. In founding this new company, their desire was to partner with the right capital source. By choosing to join with Servant Investments, and aligning these two teams, a synergy was created spawn from a wealth of experience in both the healthcare and private equity sectors.
