(ORLANDO, FL) April 25, 2007 - Servant Investments, LLC, announces the launch of Servant
Healthcare Investments, LLC, offering private equity capital to healthcare real estate
developers, owners and operators on a national basis. The Company will initially focus
its efforts in the senior housing, medical office, and outpatient healthcare sectors.
Chief Executive Officer, John Mark Ramsey and his management team have a proven track
record of success in the healthcare and seniors housing real estate sectors, playing a
key role in building a portfolio of over 270 assets with industry leading owners and
operators. They did so while with CNL Retirement Properties, an Orlando based company
which recently sold to Health Care Property Investors, Inc. (HCP) for $5.3 Billion.
In launching this company, their goal is to provide creative and flexible solutions and
innovative ideas to healthcare owners and operators, tailored to the operating platform of
the client. Additionally, the team has over 33 years combined experience on the operations
side of the healthcare industry bringing added benefits to their clients. By partnering with
Servant Investments, they align themselves with a private equity real estate investment source,
