Kim Conner serves as Chief Financial Officer for Servant Investments. In this role, she
is responsible for the strategic direction for all of the capital and treasury needs of
the Company. Additionally, she oversees all accounting and reporting operations and the
Human Resource function. She manages the tax reporting and annual audit process, generates
quarterly developer reports and month-end financial statements for all of the Company's investment funds.
Before joining Servant, Kim worked with CFO Strategic Partners, where her clientele included
law firms, real estate investment companies, and high-end office furniture installation and
sales groups. Additionally, she worked with national and regional accounting firms including
Arthur Andersen and most recently James Moore & Company, (located in Gainesville, Florida).
While there she was outsourced as an internal audit manager to a mortgage banker where her
responsibilities included developing, maintaining and testing internal controls. Additionally,
she earned experience in banking, agriculture, non-profit, and governmental work. She received
a bachelor's degree in accounting from Florida State University and a master's degree in
business administration from the University of Central Florida. She is a member of the American
Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
