Erin Gray serves as Vice President and General Counsel for Servant
Investments. In this role, she manages staff in the areas of
acquisitions, development, dispositions and lease compliance.
She is responsible for directly negotiating purchase and sale
contracts, leases, development agreements, operating and partnership
agreements for the firm's joint venture developer and net leased
funding programs. Erin is also responsible for the negotiation
of financing agreements, including senior debt, mezzanine debt,
subordinate debt and private placement equity offerings.
Before joining the firm, Erin was an attorney with Lowndes, Drosdick, Doster, Kantor & Reed, P.A.
She practiced law in the areas of real estate transactions, development and finance, and corporate
securities with a focus in retail shopping center development and portfolio acquisitions and
dispositions in the restaurant and convenience and gas industries. Erin earned her J.D. as a cum
laude graduate of the University of Florida, College of Law. She graduated cum laude from the
University of Central Florida with Bachelor of Science degrees in both accounting and finance.
She is a member of the Florida Bar, and the Orange County Bar and American Bar Associations.
