SERVANT HEALTHCARE INVESTMENTS, LLC NAMES CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
(ORLANDO, FL) April 25, 2007 - Servant Healthcare Investments, LLC ("Servant") announces that
John Mark Ramsey has been named Chief Executive Officer. John Mark will oversee all investment
activity while also developing and maintaining relationships with leaders in the healthcare
industry. Additionally, he is responsible for the company's management and growth strategy.
Prior to starting the Company, John Mark served as Senior Vice President of Investments for CNL
Retirement Properties ("CNL") now Health Care Property Investors, Inc., (NYSE: HCP), the nation's
largest real estate investment trust focusing exclusively on properties serving the healthcare
industry. In this capacity, John Mark managed the Investment Group, and was responsible for
implementing and executing the investment strategy in the senior housing and medical facilities'
sectors. During his tenure, the Company closed on over 18,000,000 sq. ft. and $3.1 Billion,
positioning CNL as the third largest healthcare REIT in the U.S., which proved to be a strong
component in the successful merger with HCP.
Before joining CNL Retirement Properties/Health Care Properties, Inc., John Mark was co-founder
and Senior Vice President of Development and Acquisitions for Superior Residences, Inc. a regional
developer, owner/operator of Senior Housing projects with responsibilities for all company development
and acquisition activities. He also has extensive investment advising experience, having been a
Principal and Co-Founder of Weaver, Ramsey & Hershiser, a financial advisory firm specializing in
financial management. Prior to that, he served as an Investment Advisor to A.G. Edwards, where he
implemented a total financial planning approach with his clients. John Mark is a Magna Cum Laude
graduate of Florida State University, having earned dual degrees in finance and real estate.
